Careers at ImmersiWorks

ImmersiWorks is in its early build phase, shaping a new kind of interactive entertainment experience.

We’re assembling a small founding team to design, build, and iterate on movement-driven AR games that live in real-world spaces. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely across disciplines and influence both what we build and how we build it.

What it’s like to work here

Working at ImmersiWorks feels closer to being part of a game studio than a traditional tech company. You’ll help shape experiences from the earliest ideas - watching them take form in real spaces, observing how people move, react, and play, and refining details until the experience truly comes alive.

Roles are fluid, feedback is direct, and learning happens through making. If you enjoy building things end-to-end, experimenting early, and caring deeply about craft and player experience, you’ll feel at home here.

Where we are currently

Concept & Experience Design

In progress

Designing the first set of interactive stations and play loops.

We’re shaping what the experiences feel like - flow, feedback, pacing, and delight.

Game & Tech Exploration

In progress

Prototyping movement-driven mechanics with projection + sensors.

Rapid iteration, playtests, calibration tooling, and performance tuning.

Hiring Core Team

Hiring now

Unity, Art and Animation roles open.

Small team, high ownership, tight iteration loops.

Location & Build-out

To be finalised

Site and build plan will be locked soon.

We’ll finalise the location as the build-out plan solidifies.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for builders who enjoy hands-on creation and care about how experiences feel in the real world.

You don’t need to fit a rigid job description, but you should be comfortable working in early-stage environments - experimenting, iterating, and taking ownership. Curiosity, clarity of thought, and a bias for action matter more than perfect resumes.
