About ImmersiWorks

ImmersiWorks began with a simple observation: as entertainment has become more digital, it has also become more passive. Screens have grown brighter, experiences more polished - but movement, presence, and shared play have slowly faded into the background.

We believe the most memorable forms of play are movement-driven, social, and expressive. They involve movement, exploration, and moments of surprise that unfold in real space. ImmersiWorks exists to bring that kind of play back - using technology not as the centre, but as an enabler.

Building with a cross-disciplinary mindset

Creating immersive, real-world play requires close collaboration across disciplines - game design, engineering, art, animation, and spatial thinking. We work as a small, tightly-knit team where ideas move quickly from concept to prototype.

Designers think about constraints, engineers think about experience, and artists think about interaction - not just aesthetics. This cross-disciplinary approach helps us iterate faster and build experiences that feel cohesive rather than stitched together.

14 years experience Product Game Design Player behaviour Engagement

Ajeeth is a seasoned leader in the gaming and entertainment space with 14 years of experience building interactive digital experiences across gaming, media, and consumer products.

Over the years, Ajeeth has worked on games and interactive products enjoyed by millions of players worldwide, including key contributions at Zynga, where he was involved in live games and new game initiatives. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he brings a strong blend of creative sensibility and execution discipline.

While his career has spanned product leadership roles - including serving as VP of Product at a major streaming platform - his core interest has always remained the same: understanding player behaviour, game feel, and what makes interactive experiences genuinely engaging over time.

With ImmersiWorks, Ajeeth is returning to a more hands-on, creative role - building movement-driven, spatial AR experiences that bring play out of screens and into shared physical spaces.

What’s ahead

The coming months at ImmersiWorks are focused on exploration and building the right foundations - refining early concepts, testing ideas in real spaces, and assembling a small founding team that enjoys experimentation and hands-on creation.

We’re excited to collaborate with people who care deeply about craft, curiosity, and play - and who want to help shape experiences that feel new, energizing, and joyful.
